Bean Tweaking
I received a gift of some coffee beans, Water Avenue Coffee El Salvador Ayutepeque, quite good but a little too acidic for my tastes. I made a pot of half Ayutepeque and half Ancora Coffee Roasters Guatemala and that made a super cup of coffee, right on the money.
